When a benefits representative is added to a Business Unit using the Manage Areas of Responsibility, all the employees are able to see the representative under Me > Benefits > Need Help? Contact Us section

 

But Non-workers are unable to see the Benefits Representative. What is the privilege which might be preventing the non-worker to view the AOR (Benefits Representative)
