Dropped Connections When Completing Assessments

We have recently experienced tests randomly being lost while employees are in the process of taking them (these are assessments that are mapped to enrollments). Some employees have received error messages (“Connection was closed, please refresh the page to reconnect” or “A web page is slowing down your browser”). Others have experienced the computer simply shutting down. When this randomly happens, no test data is captured in Learn and the only thing we can do is have employees start a new test. We think it is a network issue, but we can’t recreate any of the errors. All employees taking these
