Load Attachments to an Existing DoR

Hi, 

I have created a DoR for staff with attachments and loaded it via HDL with the BlobFile folder but a new requirement has arisen to load additional files to this DoR. Is this possible? 

I have tried creating a new HDL file with the same information i.e Start Date, SourceSystemId and Title but the new file name but the file does not appear. 

If I change the information then a new DoR is created with the new file.
