Calculating Seniority for Part time Employees

Content

Hi I am trying to update our Fats Formula to calculate Seniority for the employees, both Full time and Part time

However, we are unable to do the following

  1. Unable to calculate correctly for employees who are not Full-time
    • Would like to use FTE or Working hours
    • Need to use Workdays vs Calendar Days
  2. The Seniority calculated is time between  : "Enterprise Service day and current day - Adjustments "
    • We don't have an option to adjust this
    • This calculation is using calendar days

I would welcome any help I can get- or suggestions to meet these requirements for the client
