Absence approval based on if the Employee has Business Manager or Line Manager

Summary

We have a requirement for Absence approval where if the Employee has a Business Manager on record, the approval should go to the Business manager , else the approval should goto the Line Manager.

Content

This is applicable for all Absence types except for FMLA plan.

Looking for some help on how to get this setup built if anyone has worked on similar scenario for Absence Management
