How to report on req lines creation (catalog, smart form, non catalog request)

Does OTBI allow for the ability to create a report which would allow procurement personnel to see/summarize requisition lines by how they were created (catalog, smart form, non-catalog request)?  Looking through the Requisitions real time subject area, nothing is jumping out at me.

If someone can provide some insight, that would be great.
