Descriptive Flex field

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create validations on Descriptive Flex field segments.

i.e. We have a Job flex field with 2 segment.

1. Old Job Code exists (Yes/No Dropdown)
2. Old Job Name

As per our requirement, if "Old job code exists" is Yes, then Old Job Name must be mandatory.

We have tried to create Glogal Segment Validators but it is not working.

Please let us know if anyone had similar requirement in past and was able to achive this.
