Understanding the Assignment Statuses

Hi there

After working with OLC for several weeks already I understand that if one needs to prepare alerts that work as they should and do proper reporting one needs to understand well the Assignment statuses and substatuses.

I run an OTBI report and I have found the following. Hopefully it will be useful for other newbees like me.

Just one clarification - I am keeping aside the more "exotic" statuses like

ORA_ASSN_REC_REQ_APPROVED
ORA_ASSN_REC_PENDING_ACTIVE
ORA_ASSN_REC_REQUESTED
ORA_ASSN_REC_REQ_REJECTED

I am also not sure of the status ORA_ASSN_REC_CONTENT_COMPLETE and if it is used still.
