Use Position hierarchy for approval in cross functional area
We are using position management features using HCM Position hierarchy. However Position tree(not position hierarchy) is required approval configuration in HCM and in other areas like PO/PR in Procurment/Finance. As HCM is the unified place for maintaining positions , it is adding maintenance efforts for users to maintain both HCM position hierarchy and Position tree in any reorganization scenarios.
How are you handling such scenarios ?
