    Hello,

    We are loading the learners in a bulk mode and using csv with person ID in it. Learners are added properly and good with the assignments. But alters are not triggered to the learners only when they are uploaded. If the learner is added manually, the alter is triggered properly.

    Is this a known issue or a prerequisite step needs to be performed to achieve this. Please advise the needful.
