As noted in the CC post here, where we customized SR Details page layouts based on the current user's relationship to the instant SR, we restrict visibility of many of the ticket details for an SR to only those people on the SR's team or the queue owner. In doing so, we wanted to improve the agent's experience who is in the queue where the ticket is assigned by making a single click Action to add the user to the SR resource team. This adds the user to the resource team, which thereby changes their page layout view to that
