How to disable absence validation for HR Admin

Hi team,

We have requirement when an employee submits an absence more than 5 days application should throw an error which is working as expected. But when HR admin applies a absence of more than 5 days on behalf of the employee application should allow without any validation. I have check support and CCC but didn't find solution for this.

Note: To achieve this we have set maximum duration value to 5 in absence type.

Does anyone has done similar kind of requirement. Any inputs would be much appreciated.
