Learning Community for New Joiners - Onboarding Community
We are considering the creation of Learning Community for all our new joiners.
I must say that we have already initiatives with regulatory required courses so I dont see really a need to add any regulatory courses to the community. Here is what I know can be done, but I would appreciate any ideas on what is good practice.

- I am thinking of having one Onboarding task that would be something like "Visit the Onboarding Community". It will be set up in the Onboarding module as a task in the Checklist. The task will be just a link to the Community and the employee can manually mark it as completed. Any experience with such an approach?
