We have defined our Area of Responsibility (AOR) for HR Reps and Ben Reps using distinct combinations of Department and/or Location. For our Employees who have moved within the organization their related Representatives displayed in the Employment page is showing the representatives assigned based on their old assignment, as well as there new assignment. In searching Oracle support, I was not able to find a process to run to update the displayed representatives. Is this intended behavior of the system? a bug? a process we do not have running? other?
