I was wondering if anybody had ever successfully implemented Pro Ration for a Front Loaded, Annivers
Summary
Pro ration is not working as expected when the calculation spans over 2 calendar yearsContent
Hi,
I was wondering if anybody had ever successfully implemented Pro Ration for a Front Loaded, Anniversary Accrual Plan? If so how was this achieved?
Our existing Holiday plans have been configured with the following:
Plan Term: Anniversary Year
Anniversary Event: Hire Date
Accrual Method: Front-Loaded
Repeating Time Period: Yearly Accrual Processing Period (1st Jan – 31st Dec)
Originally we did not have pro ration configured, instead we would manually update the balance in the event that an employee left, changed their hours etc....
We have now configured a ‘Partial Accrual Period Formula’ and attached it to one of the plans as a correction; this is working for the majority of the employees but not for all, For Example.....
