Hi

We are uploading the Tax Status and Rate Rules via the Rapid Setup Spreadsheets. For some of the rules we get the below issue where we are using "Is blank" in the Operator.

Operator Is blank is invalid  for tax regime: ZZ VAT REGIME and tax: ZZ VAT and tax rule code: ZZ PURCHASES ECC STATUS and rule type: Determine tax status.
