Oracle Transactions Business Intelligence (OTBI) provides the ability to drilldown from reports directly to the corresponding transaction details in Oracle Fusion applications. This feature leverages the OTBI Action Link framework along with deep link URL’s defined by Oracle Cloud Product Development.  At the time this document was created, deep link URL’s are available for the following Oracle Fusion PPM and Grants applications:

  1. Project Contract Invoice and Billing Event detail (introduced in Release 13 Update 18B Cloud Readiness
