Balance Sheet not balanced in Reporting Currencies

We have an issue with only one Entity where the balance sheet is balanced in the Entity Currency, but not in the Parent Currency or Reporting Currencies.  What would cause this to occur in one entity and not any of the others?  Has anyone else experienced this?
