Unable to find the NIR approval notification to approve

Definition completed and the status is showing as Submitted for Approval

The person is in definition stage is getting the notification but the approval is not going to the person assigned in the approval group and status is showing as submitted for approval.

Please find the attached screenshot and suggest the needful.
