Hi,

The Excel in my new laptop crashed with Smartview yesterday. I disabled it, thinking that I could enable it easily later.

However, after numerous uninstall, install (as admin), restart. I still can't get the Smartview ribbon back.

When I tried to add the COM Add-ins manually, I was promted 'C:\Oracle\Smartview\bin\HsAddin.dll' is not a valid Office Add-in.

Any idea how this can be fixed?

Many thanks!

Sunny
