Need to make DOB and Gender field as required for US and not required for Non US in Emergency Contac

Hi Team,

We have an urgent requirement to make the 'Gender' and 'DOB' under Family and emergency contact field as 'Required' for US only and 'Not Required' for Non US countries. We have tested with Design Studio/EL Expression/Page Composer, it is not working. Is there any way to hide this two fields or make it 'Not required' for Non US countries?

Please help.
