VBCS Mobile Apps for performing Physical Counting and Cycle Counting using barcode scanning

Dear Madam/Sir

We have the following requirements.

Build a mobile app that is to be used to capture Physical Count & Cycle Count using barcode scanning and integrate same with stock & Inventory. I like to know the following for implementing the above.

A) Does VBCS support developing a mobile app with a barcode scanning feature out of the box?

If yes, would you please share any document on the same including a tutorial, sample project, etc?
