Assigning Learning Automatically X Days After New Hire

We are reviewing new hire onboarding training. There has been feedback that too many trainings are being assigned on day one. What I'd like to do is automatically assign a training 30 days after a new hire is added to the system, due in X many days. I've been researching and cannot figure out a way to do this automatically.
I really do not want to manually go in and assign new hires training 30 days after their start date.
Any thoughts on how to automate this?
