How do we get the gl account segment 'description' from BICC PVO extracts?  We are extracting journal entry line data using the following PVO's and need to put them back together outside of Oracle and include the segment descriptions from code combination segments.  How do we get the journal entry segment value 'description'.  Do we have to hardcode the valuesetid in our sql when combining the data from these VO's?
