Hi 

We have a requirement to automatically populate the retirement date based on retirement age and gender field for multiple countries and there might also be some additional rules based on policy of the region.

Hence wanted to know if a FF or some configuration is available to populate the retirement date based on rules and how other companies are doing it. Is it calculated outside and loaded by HDL or there is an inbuilt solution in HCM cloud that can be leverage to auto populate the field based on date of birth and gender to calculate the exact retirement age and exact date of retirement on person's assignment record.
