Assign attributes at different level to perform account assignments

Hello,

We are performing account assignments at site level accounts. i.e. Level 0 accounts where we have tagged all attribute members. Business expectation is to perform account assignments at DU level too , i.e Parent level accounts, in order to group all child level accounts. Account assignments will work based on attributes selection for the specified members. Now, how do we assign attributes at parent level members to perform account assignments. can we have a solution for this issue please.
