PBCS SSO user cannot login using Company ID

Hi all

We are a user which is configured with SSO ADFs who cannot login into the EPM Cloud, using the Company ID. However they can connect using Native user. 

Other Users can connect and the SSO TEST is successful. 

I cannot find the cause, as this users can connect on Oracle ERP but not EPM. 

The error states that the users does not exist under the Cloud Application which does not make sense. 

Cany configuration setting we can check further before login in an SR?
