Manager Self Service transaction FYI notification issue

FYI notification not received by employee on approval of a transaction initiated by the line manager.


We have configured absence approval as auto approve if it is initated by the line manager. The absence gets approved successfully and the records reflects in the employee existing absences page

Issue:- Employee is not receiving FYI notifications of this approved transaction.

Query:- does the system by default sends an FYI notification to employee if raised by line manager or some setting needs to be configured.

I cross checked the "Users" approver for the "Global Absence recording - Single Assignment" doesn't have "Worker" in the drop down list.
