How to report on "lineouts" and "ergonomic injuries" within OTBI

I think this data should be within the "Environmental Health and Safety - Incidents Real Time" subject area. I am not sure if Oracle supports these two attributes within the Safety/Incidents screens within the application. 

Has anyone ever created a report with these requirements? I will update this ticket as I work through these issues and I may be creating an SR for some of the process questions I have.
