In FAW for HCM release 6.5 the way FAW captures data for worker ethnicity has changed to allow for multiple values. Here is an example of how to report on ethnicity and race, most commonly used to analyze Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) in workforce in the United States and Canada.
Simply import the .dva file into your catalog and see the formula for 'Race' in the 'My Calculations' section used for reporting in the United States. You can edit the formula to adapt it to your country's EEO reporting requirements. A document with screenshots of the dashboard is attached here also.
