Number of Active Offerings Incorrectly Displayed in Learning Specialist View of Specialization

The number of active offerings for a course is displaying incorrectly when Learning Specialists view what activities are included in a specialization.

We have a few courses that have "retired" offerings. We retired these offerings by making the publish end date prior to today's date. Many of these offerings were retired in November 2020. When I am viewing or editing a specialization from the Learning Catalog area, it shows that there is more than one active offering for the course. I do not not believe this should be the case since my publish end date is before today's date. I do not have an Active/Inactive field at the offering level by which to mark an offering inactive like I do at the catalog
