We are trying to configure OTL to be able to dynamically default a PPM expenditure type in the timecard, based on the employee's job or another variable element.  We tried using an OTL value set with a query to retrieve an expenditure type that matches the employee's job (eg. Scientist 1 Level 1, Scientist Level 2 etc).  The client does not want the employee to manually select the correct expenditure type during time entry.  We are using burden costing in PPM with different multipliers based on the expenditure type (ie. job level) on top of the raw cost which is
