View Warnings/Exceptions on Timecards for Line Manager

I want the line managers to be able to view exceptions in the timecard Under my role if I go to client groups and quick actions to Team Time Cards I can see the exceptions for a timecard. If I go in as a manager with the line manager role, then quick actions and Team Timecards I cannot. Is there any role/privilege that can be added to the Line Manager role? I have attached the document with screenshots.
