Course Vendor Asking for SCORM Log file

Hoping someone will have gone down this road before and can provide some help.
We are testing out a vendor SCORM course, and we are having issues with the video lagging. I tested the same file in a different LMS, and it worked fine. The vendor is asking for log files displaying errors or communication issues. If these files exist, is it something I can access, or is this an SR to Oracle?
