edited Apr 23, 2021 1:54AM in Human Capital Management 6 comments

Summary

One time adjustment of seniority date even without converting all historical employment records

Content

For Worker conversion ,we are bringing only latest employment records from legacy system.

Lets person has following records in legacy system

1.  1st employment record with hire date of  01-JAN-2013  and Termination date of 12-DEC-2015  = 3  year length of Service

2.  2nd employment record with rehire date of  01-JAN-2017  and Termination date of 12-DEC-2018 = 2 year length of Service

3.  3rd employment record with rehire date of  01-JAN- 2021 and still active.

So we are planning to load only current employee record which means we are loading only 3rd employment record so current length of  service is 3 months and 22 days ( as of Apr 22nd 2021).

Howdy, Stranger!
