Oracle Learning - SCORM courses not resuming where the learner last left off

Hello

We are experiencing issues whereby some staff are accessing SCORM content (designed with Articulate Storyline) and selecting save and close within Oracle Learning and when they resume, they are not returning to where they last left off. This occurs with video content where the learner watches the videos, hit save and close, and when they resume they are having to re-watch the videos again as their progress has not saved.

Has anyone come across a similar issue and how did you resolve this?

Has anyone knowledge of where in OLC the Maximum Suspend Data is located in the admin panel?

Howdy, Stranger!
