Our current guiding principle is to have one project to capture all costs across divisions. However, we are challenged sometimes with one project manager being responsible for reviewing and approving all project costs. For example, our facilities project manager who is tagged to the project is not always close to spend that could be coming in relating to IT costs. We are evaluating the following:
1. Is it possible to have two project managers assigned to one project?
2. Is it possible to create a requisition approval workflow based on two PMs? IE: IT related reqs would route to the IT PM whereas other reqs would route to the construction PM.
