Audit log for fields on transaction and transaction line level

Hi,

We need to perform an audit on a particular quote in commerce. We need to see when the data was populated or updated in a particular attribute in transaction line level and on transaction level also.

I checked Administration Logs section but that is only related to the changes made by admin user.

I checked error logs and performance logs also but couldn't find the desired result there.

Can anyone please help?
