Connect Microsoft Powerapps thru Oracle API

Hello,
anyone successfully configured custom API connector in Microsoft Powerapps to be able to call Oracle API from Powerapps?
There is way how to configure custom connector using OpenAPI/Swagger definition but i am not able to configure it.
