Adding task to checklist from task library using HDL

Hello,
We have created tasks in task library using HDL. We have manually formatted notes section with colors and fonts that was not possible to do using HDL. If anyone have any idea how to load formatted text in task notes, please share.
Now we are creating step checklists using HDL and want to add tasks from task library to the step checklist using HDL.
But instead of adding task from library, it is creating new task within the checklist. So the formatting we did for task library task notes is missing here.
Is there any way to add tasks in checklist from task library using HDL?
