How to find the page title using EL Command

Hi All, 

In the Oracle NUX page, we are using same component for personal details and emergency contacts. We will do the customizations though Design Studio for some columns. But, for the descriptive flex fields,  how we have to hide the columns through EL using page title. like (if page equals "Emergency contacts"  then Hide the flex fields else if page equals "personal details" then show the flex fields. )

When I have used the #{attrs.title} unable to get the page name details. Is any other way to find the page name or page specific attribute using EL.
