Ability for Multiple Level Time Card Approvals using AoR(Area of Responsibility)
Summary
Ability for Multiple Level Time Card Approvals using AoR(Area of Responsibility)Content
In our legacy environment we currently approve timecard entry using a group approval concept.
We would like to continue using that concept in Cloud Time and Labor. On approach we were considering was to using Area of Responsibility (AoR). It works for the first level of approvers, but errors on timeout when it should go to the next level of approvers. Is there anyone who has used AoR with multi level processing? Have you experienced the timeout issue? What did you do to reslove the issue, are you will to share your experience and solution.
