We have HR Help Desk and Intelligent Advisor (fka Oracle Policy Automation / OPA). Can anyone share how an intelligent advisor interview can have seeded data populated by the HCM employee / current user who initiates the interview? This would be valuable in generating the complete details necessary to provide an answer to a series of questions (e.g., determining eligibility for a benefit and if criteria not met, submitting the seeded data along with the user's requests via service request to have an exception process).
