If an employee works ie monday to friday, but their hire date is a thursday:

-Do you assign a work schedule to the employee from the next monday date to keep the work pattern cycle in sync from monday to friday OR

-Do you ensure that the effective start date of the schedule is a monday so even if they do start on another day you can still assign the schedule on another start day and the system will automatically bring it in sync with the work pattern cycle ?
