Consumed Amount on Contract
Our client currently has only a handful of contracts, therefore we will manually create them in the system instead of using a fbdi or such to upload. When manually creating these current and active contracts, where can we enter in the consumed amount?
Ex. Contract: ABC_Plumbing, Supplier: ABC_Plumbing, Contract Amount: $100,000, Consumed amount: $20,000, available amount: $80,000.
Where can this be done? Is there a better or easier way to accomplish this?
