How to get accounts without movement schedule to be translated against closing rate?

Hi,

we want BS behavior regarding translations, without a movement schedule. For example ageing specification where the periods are in a custom dimension. Using FCCS_No Movement does not work as data is translated against the average rate instead of the closing rate. What is the easiest way to achieve this goal?
