Hi Team,

Just want to hear from fellow colleagues on how they are capturing work from home against employee records in Fusion HCM Cloud and what are the various business processes and system nuances around the same.

I can think of two options primarily which is using "Work from Home" option at assignment level and using Action/Action Reasons to capture the hybrid WFH requirements. But would like to hear other views and recommendations as well
