How to subscribe to OCI announcements

I work in an Operations team who manage the OCI tenancy.
We have a requirement to Subscribe to the OCI announcement to a set of audience. It will help us avoid manual monitoring of announcements section for any outage or any action pending etc. Below document says that Oracle sends these announcements to the default tenancy administrator email address on record Which is just 1 email address.

Any lead is appreciated.
