How to configure data manager file base load to periodic

I cannot find where in the data management setup you can set the view mode to periodic for a file based import so that it is treated as periodic in FCCS. FCCS automatically treated period 2 as YTD input and calculated the difference between period 2 and period 1 for the income statement.

Do I need to change my import file to YTD instead?
