Unexpected system behavior in reporting

Hello experts,

I'm experiencing a strange system behavior.

As HR Admin, I can correctly see all workers when accessing Person Management page.

However, when opening OTBI Analysis the report exctract just some of them.

What could it depend on? I'm expect to see in reporting all workers I can see when I access Person Management page.

Do you have some suggestions to solve this issue?
